RETURN POLICY

If you’re thinking about making a return, please review our return policies below.

**Please note: We are now honouring our return goodwill policy until July 2nd. Your purchase will only qualify for a refund if:

1) You made an online purchase prior to June 11th on Talize.com and would like to return your item(s) in-store.
2) You made an online purchase prior to June 11th on Talize.com and would like to return your item(s) in-store.


When making a return, please ensure you have the original receipt present with tags attached to the items you’re returning or your online order number.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:

- Qualifying items purchased from any Talize store are eligible for a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date

- All items must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and all original tags must still be attached to the items

- Refunds given will be in the form of a store credit

- No refunds will be given on home, furniture, garage, books/media, electronics jewelry or clearance items

- Returns may be limited or declined at our discretion

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:

- Qualifying items purchased on talize.com are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date in which you received your products

- No refunds will be given on Product Bundles marked as Final Sale

- Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number and details) when handled in store

- Returned items must be approved and accompanied with our provided return label when returned via postal service

- Refunds given will be in the form of reimbursement to original form of payment

- Returns may be limited or declined at our discretion

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

You have two quick and easy options:

  • Return your items to any Talize store (whether purchased in-store or online) as long as the rules in the return policies above have been followed

  • Return your items via mail in 3 simple steps (for online orders only):

  • Visit our Returns Centre to submit your return request.

  • After your return request has been approved, you will receive shipping instructions. Please ensure that your order number and return number are included with your return. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

  • Ship your package using the postal service of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email from Talize when your return has been received and your order refunded.
