Donate
How to Drop Off Your Donation at Talize
You can drop off donations at any time during store operating hours — no appointment needed.
Simply pack your items in bags or another suitable container and bring them to the designated Donation Centre at your local Talize store. Ring the doorbell there, and a team member will come out promptly to help you unload.

FAQ
How do I donate?
Each Talize location has a Donation Centre, where you can drop off your gently used items. All items should be contained in a bag(s) before dropping them off at the Donation Centre.
Donations can also be dropped off in our donation bins, located outside each of our stores.
What happens to donated items that don't get sold?
In the event that we are unable to sell an item, we work with various recycling companies to ensure that wherever possible an item is reused or resold in some way. We do everything possible to keep items out of landfills.
If I want to donate but am unable to visit the donation centre, can I arrange a pickup?
Talize unfortunately doesn’t offer home pick-ups.
Are there any incentives for donating?
Yes! As a thank you for your donations, you’ll receive a 20% coupon that can be used toward your next purchase. Several times throughout the year, we also offer 30% off discount events. Customers can also sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming offers and promotions.
