When making a return, please ensure you have the original receipt present with tags attached to the items you’re returning.
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
– Qualifying items purchased from any Talize store are eligible for a store credit within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date
– All items must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and all original tags must still be attached to the items
– Refunds given will be in the form of a store credit
– No refunds will be given on home, furniture, garage, books/media, electronics jewelry or clearance items
– Returns may be limited or declined at our discretion

I have misplaced my receipt. Is there any way I can still get my refund without it?
No, without the original receipt of the items purchased, we will not be able to process a refund.
Can returns still be made in the mail?
